11:55am: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4:05pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
