11:50am: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast with a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter with steamed cauliflower.
4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 30g of white rice with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites.
