8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter and some steamed broccoli.
11:35am: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter with some peppers and onions.
5:25pm: At 2:45pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
6pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter with some pepper and onions.
9:50pm: At 9pm I had a 1/2 MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
11:35am: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter with some peppers and onions.
5:25pm: At 2:45pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
6pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter with some pepper and onions.
9:50pm: At 9pm I had a 1/2 MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
