4:30pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.

8:15pm: Tonight I went to a Puerto Rican restaurant in Boston with my mom for dinner. We ate at 7pm. I got mofongo (plantain with pork) and rice and beans. It was so good.
