8:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm having 3 eggs cooked in 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold butter with some steamed green beans.
12:05pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4:05pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm eating 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
