9:05am: At 9am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
2:30pm: At 11:40am I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
At 1:45pm I had some salad with turkey on it.
4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
