4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

So today I'm going apple picking with Courtney and some friends in New Hampshire. I'm really excited, the place we're going to also has a creamery and sells grass fed dairy ice cream!

11:55pm: Ice cream!

So apple picking was a blast! I got my apple pie ice cream cider donut sundae, it was exactly what it sounds like.

We had dinner at around 7pm. I was going to get just meat since we were at a BBQ place but then I saw that they had a pizza called Royale With Cheese that had like hamburger, bacon, cheese, mustard, tomato, onion, pickle, and lettuce.... so I had to get that.
