8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2.9oz of ground beef with some steamed zucchini.
12:25pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
4:30pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
