8am: At 7:50am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
11:15am: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my post workout whey shake.
At 11:35am I had 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.

Today I weighed in at 186lbs, I didn't take a picture. Looks like I gained some weight in D.C.! And to think, I'm going to NY tomorrow for the weekend. Oh boy!
2:25pm: At 2:15pm I had 4.2oz of ground beef with some onions and green beans.
7:20pm: I went to the farmer's market earlier and had some sweets. D:
