11:35am: Good morning! At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 11:30am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey.

175x6 (Form wasn't parallel)
155x6x3 (Thigh parallel) no increase
Seated calf raise:
160x8x2 no increase
Glut ham raise:
x6 x8
2:55pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
6:30pm:At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
9:45pm: At 9:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
