12pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.

Bench: (Weak first and second set so I decided to skip a third and deload next week)
