Day 388: Tuesday

8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


12:30pm: At 12pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


3:15pm: At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans and some cucumber.


6:15pm: At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.


9:30pm: At 9pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
