10:05am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating 3oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
4:55pm: At 1pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
At 4pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
9:20pm: At 7pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some green beans and tomato.
At 9:15pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
4:55pm: At 1pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
At 4pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
9:20pm: At 7pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some green beans and tomato.
At 9:15pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
