8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs cooked in a 1/2 tsp of KerryGold butter with some steamed zucchini.
1:20pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken thigh with some sauteed peppers, onions, and steamed green beans.
3:10pm: At 3pm I had 2 eggs with 2/3 of a cup of egg whites cooked in a 1/2 tsp of KerryGold butter and some steamed green beans.
6:30pm: At 6:15pm I had 5oz of chicken thigh cooked in a 1/2 tsp of KerryGold butter with some steamed broccoli and cucumber.
9:45pm: At 9:10pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
