Day 361: Wednesday

10:40am: Good morning. At 9:55am I had 2 eggs cooked in .5 tsp of kerrygold butter with some steamed broccoli.


1pm: At 12:55pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey.

5:40pm: At 3:45pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 5pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 5:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

8:40pm: At 8:25pm I had 5oz of chicken thigh with some steamed broccoli and sliced cucumber.

Day 360: Tuesday

10:10am Wednesday: At around 10:30am, Courtney and I had breakfast at the Lincoln Waffle House. I got 2 eggs, bacon, and 2 pancakes.



We left D.C at around 6:30 and at around 8pm I had dinner at the Border with Courtney and her family. I got a chicken breast with mixed vegetables.



At 9:30pm I shared a piece of carrot cake with my dad, the whole time I was in D.C. I had been craving carrot cake. I had A LOT of fun in D.C. but now it's time to get back to reality.

Day 359: Monday

10:35 Wednesday: For breakfast at around 9am I had a bagel with cream cheese, some eggs with salsa, sausage hash, and a bowl of cereal.


I got dehydrated on Monday and felt pretty sick for most of the day, I didn't eat anything until we went to dinner at 8:15pm. We went to a Greek/Turkish/Lebanese restaurant called Zaytinya and it was AWESOME. The food set up was kind of like a tapas concept. We got spinach pie, sausage, lamb meatballs, shrimp, chicken and orzo, tzaziki, okra, and pita bread of course. I also got a baklava soda and had an ouzo shot with Courtney's dad. I got a turkish delight for dessert.

Day 357: Saturday

8:20am: Good morning! In a few minutes I'll be going to get breakfast with Courtney.

11pm: At 8:45 I had some scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Then I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich.




At around 2:30pm I had lunch. Today we went and got Chinese food in Chinatown because it was near the museum we were at. I don't have a picture of my food, but I tried to eat as much meat as I could.

At around 6pm we went to this place called Georgetown Cupcakes and I got a blueberry cheesecake cupcake.



At 8:30pm we went to dinner. I was going to keep it simple and get a reuben sandwich but they had something called a 2am Burger on the menu and I just had to try it. It was a burger with hash browns, bacon, an egg, and pepperjack cheese. It was pretty good.

Day 356: Friday

12:30am Saturday: At 8am I had breakfast. I started off with some eggs and turkey bacon. I then finished off with some oatmeal. We had a lot of walking planned so I decided to carb up a little bit because I knew I wouldn't be eating for awhile.




At 2pm I had a chicken cordon bleu sandwich with fries.


At 11pm I had two chicken breasts with a baked potato.


These meal times are so weird for me!

Day 355: Thursday

5:35am: Good morning, or something like that.. It's way too early, but I have to catch a flight in a few hours. At 6am I'll be having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

12:25am Friday: So I just got on my laptop and linked up my pictures to my laptop.

We have been doing a lot of walking and I haven't really been able to stick to my normal dietary plan. 

At 3pm yesterday I had two slices of pizza.

At 9pm I had some chicken and pork ribs.

Day 354: Wednesday Weigh in

11:40am: At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 50g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.


I'm leaving for D.C tomorrow morning and won't be able to do my regular Thursday weigh in, so I decided to do it today. I also took my 1 year photos, those will be up later.

So today I weighed in at 180lbs. With a dinner like the one I had last night, I wasn't expecting any losses this week. 


1:40pm: I just finished putting together my progress photos, I did them in MS Paint so cut me some slack! Since I'm starting to get some muscle I decided to flex on the back photos.


5:20pm: At 2:35pm I had some beef with a slice of bacon (the total weight for both was 5oz) with some steamed broccoli, sauerkraut, and cucumber.


Right now I'm having some beef with a slice of bacon (the total weight for both was 5.5oz) with some steamed broccoli and sauerkraut. BACK TO BACK MEALS!


8:55pm: At 8:45pm I had a MRP protein shake.

Day 353: Tuesday

8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed zucchini for breakfast.


12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1 scoop of whey.

5:25pm: At 2:45pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4:05pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:35pm I had 45g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.

8:20pm: So today is my birthday and my mom made me a filet mignon wrapped in bacon with a mushroom, onion, and KerryGold butter sauce. I served everything with some steamed broccoli. The steak weighed 6.2oz.


10:10pm: So Courtney made me a watermelon 'cake' with a coconut cream frosting, topped off with almonds, strawberries, kiwis, and blackberries. Had a little more than I should have but it was so good!


Today was a great day! Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday! :)

9:25am: Good morning! At 9:05am I had 2 eggs with 1/2 of an avocado. I guess I didn't take a picture of my breakfast, oh well! I'm going to Canobie Lake today so I won't be home for my meals but I have some MRPs and a meal prepped to eat!

7:45pm: At 11am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
At 2pm I had 5oz of ground beef over broccoli.



At 6:15pm I ate dinner. Tonight I had 4oz of ground beef with some steamed broccoli, cucumber, and tomato.


10:15pm: At 9pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.

4:30pm: At 3:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.

7:15pm: At 6:45pm I had dinner. I had 5oz of ground beef with some sauerkraut and steamed broccoli.


11pm: At 9:30pm I had a MRP protein shake.

Day 348: Thursday Weigh In

11:40am: At 11:05am I had my post workout whey shake.
At 11:35am I had 50g of white rice with 2/3 of a cup of egg whites.

So I weighed in today at 180lbs, turns out a week of not having any cheat meals really worked for me.
