Day 367: Tuesday

8:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.

12:05pm: At 11:55am I had 3.9oz of ground beef with some peppers and onion.


3:05pm: At 2:55pm I had a MRP protein shake.

7:20pm: At 5:50pm I had 4oz of ground beef with some peppers and onions.


9:05pm: At 9pm I had a casein shake.
