Day 239: Easter Sunday

8:40am: Good morning and Happy Easter if you celebrate it! Right now I'm having a shake with 1 scoop of whey and 1 scoop of Barlean's Greens. I'm getting ready to go run the beach with my buddy Alex so I wanted to have something small beforehand. 

11:20am: Right now I'm eating an omelette with 2 eggs and 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with some steamed green beans.


11pm: What a day! At 2:15pm I had lunch. I had ham, yams, broccoli, and a little bit of pasta salad. I had some pie about an hour after.




At 6pm I had a piece of Courtney's birthday cake with some ice cream. Then at 8pm I had some grilled chicken, pierogi (polish food), and broccoli casserole.



Today wasn't the best day in terms of my diet. I'm a bit ashamed of myself, I'm not going to lie. But I'm starting to think that my current weight is the weight I want to be at, from here I think I'm going to work on my lean mass.

Day 238: Saturday

8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 4.3oz of chicken drumstick meat, some steamed brussels sprouts, and some steamed green beans.


12:30pm: Man what a nice day out! At 11:25 I had a MRP protein shake.

7:45pm: At 2:50 I had a raw pepper with 2 eggs.


At 7 I went to Fuddruckers with some friends, I got a bunless 1/2lb burger with salsa, banana peppers, and a bit of ketchup.

Day 237: Friday

8:25am: Good morning! Today I decided to switch it up with my breakfast routine and made a MRP protein shake in the blender. It's like...really good, I know you don't usually use that word to describe protein shakes but I like it a lot.

  
5:30pm: At 11:45 I had a MRP protein shake and at 3pm I had another MRP protein shake. I wanted to try having liquid meals today. ;)

Tonight Courtney and I are going out to Brutole for dinner, I'm bringing her out for her birthday.

8:15am Saturday: Sorry I didn't update again last night! For dinner I got salmon with sweet pea. For dessert Courtney and I split a strawberry rhubarb crumble with some vanilla ice cream.

Day 236: Thursday Weigh In

10:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

3:30pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry I made with 3 eggs, a red pepper, some broccoli, green beans, 4 cashews, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos. Boy was I hungry!

290x6 +20lbs from 3/21
330x6 (It was actually a 240lb man + 2 45lb plates. I'll have to get a video next time!) 

Glut-ham sit-up:

WEIGH IN! So this week I actually lost some weight which was cool. I weighed in at around 191.5lbs. Getting closer and closer!



4:25pm: I was still hungry after eating so I just polished off a MRP protein pudding.

8pm: At 7:40 I had dinner. Tonight I made stir fry with asparagus, red pepper, 5oz of chicken drumstick meat, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos. I have been eating a lot of stir fry lately, stir frying is just so much easier than everything else! 



9:30pm: I just got a hankering for something sweet so I decided to make a peanut butter and banana sandwich using powdered peanut butter and "bread" made from protein powder pancakes that I made. Wasn't that bad!

8:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating an omelette with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites and 2 eggs with some steamed green beans.



1:05pm: At 11:40 I had a MRP protein shake.

4:45pm: At 2:45 I had a 3 egg omelette with some mashed cauliflower.

Day 234: Tuesday

9:45am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some steamed broccoli for breakfast.



4:10pm: At 12:45 I had a MRP protein shake. At 3:45 I had 2/3 of a cup of egg whites with 1 egg and some steamed green beans.



10:30pm: Sorry it took me so long to update! Tonight I went to see Louis C.K. in Lowell with CJ, he was so funny! 

At 6:45 I had 3.8oz of chicken stir fried with 1 egg, some cauliflower, some broccoli, and red pepper.




Right now I'm eating a MRP protein pudding.

8:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg stir fry omelette with brussels sprouts and some sliced strawberries.

4:40pm: At 2:55 I had 2 hard boiled eggs with some steamed green beans.

Day 232: Sunday

8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a green bean stir fry omelette with 3 eggs.



12:30pm: Right now I'm eating a brussels sprout stir fry omelette with 2 eggs and 1/2 of a cup of egg whites.



4:10pm: At 3:45 I had a MRP protein shake.

7:45pm: Right now I'm eating dinner. Tonight I made stir fry with 4oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1 egg, 2 peppers, some green beans, and 1.5tsp of coconut aminos.



9:30pm: Right now I'm eating a bowl of steamed snap peas. Instead of having my usual pudding, I decided to have something different.

Day 231: Saturday

8:10am: Right now I'm getting ready to go for a run on the beach with my buddy Alex. At 8 I had a breakfast shake that I made myself. It had sliced apple, strawberry, kale, 1 scoop of Barlean's greens, and 1 scoop of whey protein. It was pretty good, I just wanted something light before my run that would give me some energy.


11am: Right now I'm eating a stir fry creation that I just made. I added 3.8oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1 egg, some snap peas, some red peppers, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos. 




8:30pm: At 3:45pm I had 2 eggs with 1/4 of an avocado and some steamed green beans.


Tonight CJ and I went out for dinner. We went to a Moroccan restaurant in Winthrop. For a starter we got chicken bastilla, which was fillo wrapped chicken with some other things in it. It was pretty good. I ordered lamb that came with brussels sprouts, carrots, peas, zucchini, olives, and couscous. It was all pretty good. Not too much, not too little.


9:40pm: I just had a MRP protein pudding with 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter.

Day 230: Friday

8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some steamed green beans and some sliced strawberries.


11pm: At 11:45am I had a MRP protein shake. At 2:55pm I had 4.4oz of chicken with green beans and broccoli.


At around 7:15pm tonight I had dinner. I went to the dining hall at UNH with Courtney. I got some stir fry with chicken, snow peas, peppers, broccoli, water cress, and beansprouts. But that wasn't enough! So I got some chicken with zucchini and stuff. I finished everything off with some yogurt. I was STARVING tonight!

Day 229: Thursday Weigh In

8:40am: Good morning! 10 minutes ago I had a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

11:20am: At 10:40 I had an apple followed by 2 scoops of whey after my workout.

Weights:

177.5x6x2 +2.5lbs from 3/14

Leg press: (Replacing lunges)

Cable crunch: 
90x12x2 +2 overall

So today's weigh in was a bust. I weighed the same as last Thursday, 193lbs. I guess we could say that the breakfast I had last Saturday could definitely have had a part in why I'm the same weight this week, it's no one's fault but my own though.

My camera was being weird today.
2pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken drumstick meat with some snap peas, broccoli, red pepper, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos. My stomach is so happy!



8:10pm: Tonight I went out to dinner with my mom.`I got sirloin steak with sweet potato hash and grilled asparagus. We ate at 6:35.


My mom and I decided to split dessert tonight, we got peanut butter and banana ice cream cake. It was amazing!
