9:40am: Good morning! So it's been one full year since I started this blog, this whole journey has been insane and I'm so happy that I did it!
Right now I'm eating 3.3oz of ground beef over some steamed cauliflower.
1:40pm: At 12:40pm I had 3.1oz of ground beef over some cauliflower. I was actually at The Unit with a client so I had to bring it with me.
4:25pm: At 3:10pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with 1/2 a scoop of casein.
6:40pm: At 6:15pm I ate dinner. Tonight I made dill stuffed grilled chicken breast with tzatziki sauce, cucumber chips, and tomatoes. The sauce was made from non-fat greek yogurt, lemon, dill, cucumbers, and a little salt. My chicken portion was 5oz.
9:20pm: At 9:15pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey.
