Day 119: Friday

1pm: Hey! At 8:30am I had a protein shake and at 11:30am I had a half oz of almonds to hold me over until lunch. Right now I'm eating leftover green beans, broccoli, and steak. My steak portion was 3.6oz.


9:30pm: Tonight I went to Cambridge and got ramen for dinner with CJ and Claude. I got the usual vegetarian ramen without noodles, and I asked for an egg with it. We ended up eating at 6:30pm.


At 8pm I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.

Day 118: Thursday Weigh In '120 Day' Mark

8:30am: Good morning! So today marks my 120 days spent training and dieting, I'll be taking photos of my progress after my workout. Right now I'm having a protein shake for breakfast.

11:35am: What a workout! Right now I'm eating my lunch, I heated up some leftover chicken legs and steamed some brussells sprouts. My chicken portion was 3.6oz.

Squats:
175x6x3 +5lbs from 11/22

Lunges:
82.5x6x2 no increase

Glut-ham bench:
12x2 +6 overall from 11/22

So since Thanksgiving was last week, I thought I wasn't going to lose much/any weight this week but I was wrong once again! I weighed in at 222.5lbs but let's call it 223lbs. That's 3 down from last week!


I'll have my progress photos up later hopefully!

4:05pm: At 2pm I had a caramel mocha iajegiwrkpfaccino from Starbucks.

7:30pm: Right now I'm eating dinner, I made steak and steamed broccoli. My steak portion is 5.7oz. I decided to treat myself a little. :P



I know a lot of people are busy and don't have time to read the whole thing so from now on I'll be posting a TL;DR (Too long; didn't read) at the end of each day's post.

TL;DR: Protein shake for breakfast. Made increases in all lifts at the gym. Lost 3lbs. Took my 120 day progress photos. Had chicken/brussells for lunch. Got a coffee from Starbucks. Had steak and broccoli for dinner.

Day 117: Wednesday

Good morning! Right now it's about 11:15am and I'm eating my breakfast/lunch. I heated up 4.1oz of leftover chicken, some leftover broccoli, and leftover green beans.


3pm: At 2pm I had half of a protein shake, I have training in an hour so it's time to get ready for that!

5:15pm: I got home from training not too long ago. Another successful session at The Unit!

Day 116: Tuesday

Good morning! Right now it's 9:15 and I'm eating breakfast. Today I made 3/4 of a cup of eggwhites and served it with some salad greens, like spinach and mesclun.


3:40pm: Around noon time I had leftover chicken and brussells sprouts from last night for lunch. My chicken portion was 4.3oz.



6:30pm: Right now I'm eating dinner! I made some slow cooked chicken drumsticks, steamed broccoli, and my mom made some green beans cooked with tomato and onions. My chicken portion was 4.3oz.

Day 115: Monday

Good morning! At 8am I had a protein shake, now it's time for me to head off to work!

1:25pm: At 11:30am I had an ounce of almonds. Right now I'm eating my lunch. I heated up some leftover asparagus, cod, and steamed some brussells sprouts. My cod portion was 3oz.


5:05pm: I got home from training at around 4:30. Today was a good day for weight gains! I just realized that I never posted my weights for last week.. and I deleted them from my phone today. :(
Oh well!

Today was my first time using the slow cooker that my mom bought me this weekend. It's great, it makes things so much easier!

Good morning! At 9am I had 2 eggs over hard and steamed brussells sprouts for breakfast. 



2:40pm: At 12:30pm I had a protein shake. 

7:15pm: Right now I'm eating dinner! I made cod, asparagus, and mushrooms. My cod portion was 4.9oz.

Day 113: Saturday

Good morning! I'm having a protein shake for breakfast right now then I'll be going to work.

1:10pm: Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with a green pepper. I tried to cook the eggs in the pepper halves over the stove top but it just didn't work!



7pm: So since I haven't gone grocery shopping, I decided to go get ramen with CJ for dinner tonight. I got the usual, vegetarian with no noodles. I ate at 5:45pm.

Good morning! Right now it's 10:50, I'm eating 2 eggs over hard and some steamed brussells sprouts for breakfast.


2pm: Right now I'm having a chocolate peanut butter & banana protein shake for my lunch.  


10:45pm: Sorry for such a late update! At around 7:45pm I had 4.8oz of leftover turkey, some peas, yams, and steamed brussells sprouts!

Day 111: Thanksgiving Thursday Weigh In

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving! At around 7:45am I had a protein shake, I have training with Shawn at around 11. Just because it's a holiday doesn't mean I get to slack! ;D

6:15pm: Sorry for such a late update, it's been a long day!

Today I weighed in at 226lbs, woo! Getting closer every day!


Around 1:30pm I had Thanksgiving dinner. I ate turkey (obviously), yams, and peas with pearl onions. I had two small pieces of 'low fat' banana cream pie that my aunt made. 



7:15pm: I just warmed up some leftovers for dinner. I have some turkey, broccoli, peas, and yams.

Day 110: Wednesday

Good morning! At 9:45 I ate breakfast, I made 2 eggs over hard with some steamed broccoli.


1:15pm: For lunch right now I heated up some leftover chicken from last night, steamed some brussells sprouts, and served them with a 1/4 slice of avocado. My chicken portion was 3.4oz.



6:30pm: I got home from training at around 4:30pm, totally forgot to update. I've been getting sucked into playing Black Ops 2 haha.

I ate dinner at 6pm, tonight I felt like soup so I took some vegetable broth, napa cabbage, beansprouts, and 4.7oz of chicken and made myself some soup. It was pretty decent.

Day 109: Tuesday

Good morning! Right now I'm eating two eggs over hard with some steamed brussells sprouts for breakfast. I've been eating brussells sprouts a lot lately, I probably wouldn't be if they weren't so easy to cook!


4:10pm: At 12 noon I had a protein shake for lunch and at 3pm I had a half protein shake for a little snack. 

7:30pm: For dinner tonight I made pulled chicken, steamed broccoli, and sauteed zucchini/summer squash. I was pretty hungry, my chicken portion was 4.6oz. I ate at 7pm.

Day 108: Monday

Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein shake before I head out to work.

12:45pm: Right now I'm eating lunch! I made a spinach salad with 3oz of grilled chicken on top and served it with some steamed brussells sprouts on the side.


7:15pm: At 4:30pm I had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. For dinner tonight I made baked cod, steamed cauliflower, and sauteed asparagus with a little balsamic vinaigrette. My cod portion was 5.2oz.

Day 107: Sunday

Good morning! For breakfast today, I made 2 eggs over hard with some steamed broccoli.


1:20pm: At 12:30pm I had a protein shake!

7:10pm: At around 4:30 I had an ounce of almonds. At 6:45pm I ate dinner. Tonight I made steamed brussells sprouts, grilled chicken, and warmed up some leftover broccoli from last night. My chicken portion was 3.7oz.

Day 106: Saturday

Good morning! At about 9am I had a protein shake for breakfast. I'm about to head out for work, I'll probably end up having another shake at around 12.

1:40pm: I had my protein shake at noon like I said I would! Today I have training because I have an internship meeting on Monday, so I had to reschedule some things. 

3:45pm: Back from training!
