Day 180: Thursday Weigh In 180 Day Mark

10am: Good morning! Today is a big day. I could be under 200lbs come weigh in! Keeping my eye on the prize though. I will also be taking another set of progress photos later so keep an eye out for that. Right now I'm having a protein shake for breakfast.

1:45pm: At 1:40 I had a half serving protein shake. 

5:55pm: 

Weights:

Squats:

195x4 +5lbs from 1/24

Lunges:
61.25x4x2 no increase

Glut-ham sit-up:
2 3lb weights
x10x8 +4 reps overall from 1/24

So this week, I didn't lose any weight.. I didn't maintain either, I actually gained a pound. This is the first time this has happened since I started this whole thing. I'm pretty bummed out about it, but I'm not going to let it derail me. I've come too far to let something like this throw me off track. I just have to put more effort in from here on out.

I weighed in at 203lbs today.



I also took my progress photos today! 




After my workout I had 2 dates. At around 4:45pm I had a strawberry/blueberry smoothie from Jamba Juice.

8:05pm: At 7:45pm I ate dinner. I made sauteed beef, sauteed kale, and baked avocado with salsa. I didn't weigh my vegetable portion this time around.
My beef portion was 3.7oz.


Oh! I also made a chart showing my weight loss over time. It's nothing impressive, but I just wanted to show it.




10:15pm: I just had half a head of broccoli, raw.

Day 179: Wednesday

8:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 10.3oz of steamed broccoli, 3.1oz of avocado, and 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg.



3:10pm: At 11:15am I had a half protein shake. At 1:30pm I ate again. I had 12.9oz of steamed brussells sprouts, 3.8oz of avocado, and 3/4 cup of egg whites. By the time everything was on my plate, half of the avocado was already eaten haha!

9:45pm: At 5:50pm I had dinner. I had 3.9oz of baked chicken breast with 12oz of steamed green beans and a slice of avocado. I took pictures of my food but I accidentally deleted them before uploading them to Dropbox!

I was hungry after I got home from class so I tossed half an onion, a green pepper, and 1/2 oz of crushed almonds in a skillet and served it with a small tomato.

Day 178: Tuesday

9:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg, 11oz of steamed green beans, and 5.9oz of avocado.




12:15pm: I just had an ounce of almonds in between classes. 

2:35pm: I just had 9.6oz of chicken wings, 4.2oz were bones and 10.1oz of steamed brussells sprouts.





9:10pm: Sorry it took me so long to update! I had to go out and do something around 6pm. I had a late dinner tonight and ate at around 8:30pm. Tonight I tried my hand at stir frying. I made stir fried bok choy and cabbage. I added 3 tbsp of olive oil to the whole batch, it made about 3 servings and I had 1. I also made myself 2 eggs. My bok choy/cabbage portion was 12.4oz.

Day 177: Monday

8:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 cup egg whites with 1 egg, and 7.4oz of steamed green beans.

1:40pm: At 12:50 I ate my lunch. I had 3.5oz of leftover haddock, 1.3oz of asparagus, and 5.6oz of brussells sprouts.




4:30pm: At 3pm I had a half portion protein shake. That was such an intense workout!

7:45pm: At 5pm I had a half ounce of almonds. I just ate dinner and boy am I stuffed! Tonight I made baked chicken wings and sauteed kale. My chicken wing portion was 9oz but the bones weighed 4.1oz, making my total chicken portion 4.9oz. My kale portion was 10oz.





9:40pm: I just had myself a little protein pudding! One scoop of protein meal replacement and one scoop whey. So gooood!

Day 176: Sunday

9:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 12.4oz of steamed broccoli, 5.7oz of avocado, and 1/3 cup of egg whites.




1:45pm: At 12:30 I had a protein shake. 

4:40pm: At 4:30 I ate 2.2oz of avocado with 13.5oz of steamed green beans.




8:30pm: At 7:45pm I ate dinner. Tonight I made baked haddock, sauteed asparagus, and steamed brussells sprouts. My asparagus portion was 5oz, my brussells sprout portion was 6.8oz, and my haddock portion was 4.8oz.





9:40pm: I just had myself a protein pudding. Yum!

Day 175: Saturday

11:35am: Good morning! At 10:30 I ate breakfast. I ate 1 egg, 1/3 cup egg whites with some salsa verde on top, 4.4oz of onions, 8.8oz of green peppers, 5.2oz of avocado, and last but not least 2 slices of bacon.




After I ate I got caught up in doing some homework so that's why it took me so long to update!

4pm: I just ate 7.1oz of steamed green beans, 1/3 cup egg whites, and 2 slices of bacon.



10:20pm: At 8pm I ate dinner. I got vegetarian ramen without noodles tonight for dinner.

Day 174: Friday

8:50am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 10.1oz of steamed green beans with 3/4 cup of egg whites with some leftover salsa from last night on top.


1:40pm: At 12:10pm I had 3.5oz of leftover beef and some leftover kale from last night.



I'm off to NH soon to see Courtney. I think we're going to Chipotle for dinner!

10:45pm: At 3:15pm I had a protein shake. At 7pm we ate dinner. I got a chicken salad with peppers, onions, tomato salsa, and tomatillo salsa. After dinner I had a few ounces of prunes. I don't know why but I was craving them.
