8:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
12:15pm: At 12pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
4:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 35g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.
