Day 269: Tuesday

9:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs, steamed summer squash, and some raw spinach/arugula.


1:30pm: At 12:20pm I had a MRP protein shake. 

3:20pm: Right now I'm having 4.8oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat, some steamed zucchini, and some raw spinach and arugula. I was really craving mustard so I put some on the chicken.


6:50pm: Tonight I decided to try something new with dinner! I cooked up 3.1oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat and made some plantain hash with onions, I served everything with a little spinach and arugula salad with tomatoes.

Day 268: Monday

7:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some leftover roasted brussels sprouts from last night.


1:05pm: So I completely forgot to bring my MRP shake with me to work today.. I was going to wait to eat until I got home but by the time I was finished I was going on 5 hours without eating. One of my coworkers brought a muffin into work with him so I ate that. I feel so guilty. :( 

4:40pm: At 3:55pm I had my post workout whey shake.

At 4:30pm I had 33g of Rice Krispies cereal and used 1 scoop of whey with 4oz of water to kind of make a milky...fluid. It wasn't bad, a little strong but whatever.

Day 267: Sunday

7:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

12:05pm: Right now I'm eating 3 eggs, some steamed summer squash, and raw arugula and spinach.


3:30pm: Right now I'm eating the same thing I ate 3 hours ago! 3 eggs, steamed summer squash, and raw arugula and spinach.


7:25pm: At 7:05pm I ate dinner. Tonight I made pan seared salmon with roasted brussels sprouts and served everything with some raw spinach and arugula. My salmon portion was 5.3oz.

Day 266: Saturday

9:10am: Good morning! At 9am I had a whey shake before I go out for my run.

10:35am: At 10:05am I had a MRP protein shake. 

7pm: So today I went to my little cousin's birthday party in central MA.

I had lunch at about 1pm. The spread wasn't very paleo friendly though.. I had some beef that my aunt made, some rice and beans, and some raw cauliflower and broccoli. Seeing as it was a birthday party, I did indulge in some cake and ice cream.


Of course, I wanted to have a meal that was completely paleo... but my cousin stopped me...




and of course there HAD to be oatmeal raisin cookies at the party, I had to have a few.

8:25pm: I think the last time I ate something was around 4:30pm but I'm really not hungry, at 9 I'll probably eat something small so I don't end up having a midnight snack or anything. 

9:35pm: At 9:25pm I had 2 eggs with some raw spinach, arugula, and cauliflower rice.

Day 265: Friday

8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some summer squash that I fried in 1 tsp of coconut oil with a little bit of rock salt sprinkled on top.


1:20pm: At 12:05pm I had a MRP protein shake. 

11:45pm: At 3:20pm I had 4.6oz of flank steak with some steamed broccoli.


At 4:20, Courtney and I went to see Pain & Gain which wasn't too good. It was pretty funny and it really made me want to go lift haha!

At 7:45pm Courtney and I went to the dining hall. I got a decently large amount of food. I had a few chicken tenderloins, a TON of summer squash/zucchini, some tabbouleh, a bowl of granola, then topped everything off with a waffle with peanut butter/chocolate. Don't judge me, I was hungry as hell. I went hard in the paint!

Day 264: Thursday Weigh In

10:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake before I go to class.

3:05pm: At 2:30 I had my post workout whey shake.

Right now I'm having 1 cup of egg whites with 40g of white rice.

Weights:

Squats:
187.5x6x2 +2.5lbs from 4/18

Leg press:
350x6x2 +10lbs from 4/18

Glut-ham sit-up:
3lb dumbbell
x10 x8 +4 reps from 4/18


Seated calf raise:
90x11 +1 rep from 4/18

Today I weighed in at 192lbs, no change from last week. I want to try to get to 190 so I'll see if I can get there within the next few weeks.

For some reason the picture of the scale won't upload. :(

7pm: So tonight I'm having a late dinner, I'm going out to the Outback with my mom. At 5:30pm I had an apple to hold myself over.

9:30pm: At 8:15pm I ate dinner. I got steak with shrimp, carrots, snow peas, and broccoli. I didn't really mess with the horseradish sauce.


After dinner I got some dark chocolate toffee from Trader Joe's, I didn't finish the whole thing. I had a few pieces then tossed the rest. Better than keeping them and breaking down to eat some later right?

11:35am: Good morning! At 10:55am I had my post workout whey shake.

Right now I'm having an omelette with 2/3 of a cup of egg whites with 40g of rice.

In other news, my sample pack from EPIC came in today. They are grass fed, 100% organic snack bars. I got three different flavors and I'm so excited to try them, I think I'll have one tomorrow after my workout.


2:40pm: Right now I'm having 5oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some sauteed broccoli, arugula, spinach, and some garlic/onion/parsley/tomato.


5:45pm: Right now I'm having 4.8oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some steamed brussels sprouts for dinner.



9:15pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.

Day 262: Tuesday

8:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some zucchini fried in .5 tsp of coconut oil.


2:30pm: At 12:10pm I had a MRP protein shake. 

3:15pm: Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some zucchini fried in .5 tsp of coconut oil. 


7:30pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken drumstick meat with some stir fried broccoli and cauliflower rice with 1 tsp of coconut aminos.


9pm: I almost didn't post this because I felt so guilty, but around 8:15pm I had a good amount of dried mango that my dad brought over.

Right now I'm eating 40g of white rice with a can of tuna and .5 tsp of coconut aminos.

8:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some brussels sprouts cooked in 1 tsp of coconut oil.



1:30pm: At 12pm I had a MRP protein shake.

3:30pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry I made with 4.4oz of chicken drumstick meat, red pepper, broccoli, zucchini, and 2 tbsp of curry paste.


9:40pm: I ate dinner at 7:15pm. Tonight I made pan seared curried salmon with roasted brussels sprouts. My salmon portion was 4.9oz.

Day 259: Saturday

9:40am: Good morning! At 9:30 I had 2 eggs with some stir fried zucchini and broccoli, I used about 1 tsp of coconut oil to cook everything.


12:30pm: I just had a Clif Bar, it was going to expire so I ate it! I know it's not something I usually eat. 

5:30pm: Right now I'm eating some stir fry I made with 4.3oz of chicken drumstick meat, some summer squash, cauliflower rice, and 2 tbsp of curry sauce.

Day 258: Friday

8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites cooked in 1 tsp of coconut oil with some steamed summer squash.

  
1:30pm: At 12:10pm I had a MRP protein shake.

5:40pm: At 3:15 I had a salad that I made with a can of tuna, some raw spinach, a little bit of steamed summer squash, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.


11:50pm: For dinner tonight Courtney and I went to Chipotle. I got a chicken salad with pinto beans, peppers, onions, mild salsa, and a little bit of corn. I ate at around 6:45pm.


At 8:30, Courtney and I got some frozen yogurt. I don't even remember what I got in mine.
