12:10pm: At 8am I had 3oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
At 12pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
3pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake.
6:15pm: At 6pm I had 5.05oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some onion, broccoli, and cauliflower.
At 12pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower and broccoli.
