7:12pm: For dinner tonight I made cod with steamed cauliflower. My cod portion was 5oz and my cauliflower portion was 12oz. I'm starting to weigh my vegetable portions just so I can keep a record of how much I usually eat then see how my body reacts to it.
9am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some salad greens for breakfast.
1pm: At 12:15pm I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk.
3:45pm: At 3:30pm I made a small salad with salad greens, a few cherry tomatoes, and some leftover bacon that was in the fridge. I normally wouldn't have added the bacon but we have like no meat in the fridge! Time to go food shopping!
7:45pm: So tonight, I decided to try and cook something I haven't cooked before. Scallops! I cooked scallops with bacon and they were AWESOME. I also made some sauteed green beans and served everything with some salad greens. My scallop portion was 4oz.
9:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating two eggs with some salad greens for breakfast.
1pm: At 12:20pm I had a protein shake with 1 tbsp of psyllium husk.
8:30pm: Tonight I went out to dinner with Courtney, Jackie, and Nate. We went to a local restaurant in Salem. Courtney and I got bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer, hit up the salad bar, and I got rack of lamb for my entree. I didn't touch my sauce under the scallops. The white shreds on my salad are coconut shavings because I'm weird.
9:30am: Good morning! I'm eating breakfast right now. I made myself 1 egg, 2.3oz of leftover steak, some steamed broccoli, and some salad greens.
12:35pm: Right now I'm eating lunch. I heated up 3.8oz of leftover chicken and sauteed some kale.
3:30pm: At 2:45pm I had a cappuccino with 1 splenda.
10:20pm: At 6:35pm I ate dinner. I heated up 2.7oz of leftover ham and served it with some steamed broccoli.

So this week I finally lost some weight. I was going to go crazy if I stayed at 215lbs again. I weighed in at 213lbs today, only down 2lbs but with the amount of weight I've lost since August, this is acceptable for me.
1pm: Right now I'm eating some leftover cauliflower with 4 pieces of bacon, 1/2 cup of eggwhites, and some onion. I believe one serving of bacon was 2 slices, had 70 calories, and 160mg of sodium.
7:10pm: At 4:45pm I had a smoothie from Jamba Juice. It was goooooooooooooooooood.
8pm: Right now I'm eating dinner. I made steak and sauteed kale. My steak portion was 4.4oz.

10:25am: MERRY CHRISTMAS! This morning for breakfast I cooked 1/2 cup of egg whites and served it with some leftover brussells sprouts that I heated up with some onions and bacon. I ate at around 9:30am.
10:30pm: I ate again at around 1:30pm. I had some ham, kielbasa, and salad greens. The time between Christmas and New Years is always the worst :/
For dinner tonight, I also had leftover ham with some steamed brussells sprouts.
I did a bad thing tonight :( I went to CJ's with Claude and he had so many sweets. I had a few cookies. I really hope I didn't sabotage myself here!

8:20pm: So tonight we had people over the house for dinner and I made my first ham. I decided to not buy one of the premade ham glazes that you can buy from the store since they're packed with sugar. I made a honey orange glaze for the ham, it was really good. Everything came out great!

11:05am: Good morning! I woke up this morning at around 9am, had a 1/2 protein shake at 9:20, then hit the gym for 40 minutes to do some cardio.
Today I'm getting ramen with my dad for lunch at around 12:30 so that's what I'll be eating around then. I have some kale chips cooking in the oven because I plan on seeing The Hobbit today and don't feel like buying any snacks from the store.
8:20am Sunday: I completely forgot to update last night. For lunch I got my vegetarian ramen without noodles. After the movies we went to Chipotle, I got a chicken salad with lettuce, peppers, onions, and tomato salsa.

6:45pm: I just heated up some leftover steak, cooked some onions, steamed some brussells sprouts, and served everything with some spinach/salad green mix. My steak portion was 4.3oz.
8:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein shake as my breakfast before I go to training.
12:35pm: Blah! Training kind of sucked today...Squats were giving me a tough time, I couldn't even get 3 squats at 177.5lbs. I guess that pull I felt after deadlifting yesterday meant business. When I weighed in at the unit I weighed in at 215lbs, no loss from last week. I don't know if it is the fact that I'm feeling pretty backed up if you know what I mean or if it was the anniversary dinner last Sunday taking it's revenge on me. Regardless, after training I went to get my hair cut and felt like doing a little cardio to get my mind off of not losing weight, this kind of stuff bums me out! I weighed in at the gym after using the bathroom and weighed in at 214lbs. I'm still going to treat this week like I didn't lose any weight, I'm disappointed in myself.
