11:40am: At 9:55am I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 11:30am I had 30g of white rice with a 1/2 cup of egg whites.

Today I weighed in at 185lbs, I don't have a picture though.
3:30pm: At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in 1 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
6:45pm: Right now I'm eating 4oz of chicken breast cooked with 1 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.
9:30pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.
