12:20pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.
4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
