Day 392: Saturday - Bod Pod!

7:40am: Good morning. Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey. I'm so excited for today! I'm going to the Bod Pod at 9 to get my body mass measured, I can't wait to post the results here.

10:50am: So I got back from the Bod Pod not too long ago. My results came out better than I had expected! My body fat was at 16.2%, I thought I was going to be at atleast 20%! I'm pretty happy about my results :)


Now I'm just waiting for my dad to come over so we can go grab lunch together.

12:30pm Sunday: Sorry I didn't post yesterday.

So at around 12:30pm yesterday I had a pastrami reuben for lunch.


At around 7pm I had some pizza with Courtney and some friends in NH.


and then after that I had some ice cream from Coldstone :X

Then way later at 11ish I got some cheese fries. I went fat boy status today.

12:15pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.



4:15pm: At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed broccoli and cauliflower.



6pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.



9:15pm: At 9pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.

At 11am I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 11:30am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a 1/2 scoop of whey.

6:15pm: At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower.


9:30pm: At 9pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake with a scoop of whey.

At 1:45pm I had some salad with turkey on it.


4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout whey shake.
At 4:30pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

Day 386: Sunday

1:25pm: At 8am I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed green beans.


At 12pm I had 4oz of chicken breast cooked in a 1/2 tsp of Kerry Gold with some steamed cauliflower and broccoli.


11pm: This afternoon didn't go as planned. I had to attend a wake from 4-8 and didn't have any food. By the time it was over I was starving. I hung out with Courtney for awhile and had some ham and a slice of calzone at her house with some vegetables.

8:15pm: Tonight I went to a Puerto Rican restaurant in Boston with my mom for dinner. We ate at 7pm. I got mofongo (plantain with pork) and rice and beans. It was so good.
