Day 208: Thursday Weigh In

10:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein meal replacement shake for breakfast.

3:35pm: Sorry it took me so long to update! As soon as I got back from training I cooked and laid down because I was so tired!

Weights: (All around decrease in weight just to take a little break)

Squats:
175x4x2 no increase

Lunges:
50x4x2 no increase

Cable crunch: (New exercise that replaces the glut ham sit up)
60x15
80x12 no increase

So today is the day. After 7 months, I have finally lost 100lbs! I'm officially 195lbs. It feels awesome!!! I took a few pictures at The Unit since today is such a milestone. Even though I'm unbelievably tired from my workout, I'm so psyched right now.




At 2:20 I had some dried apricots to spike my blood sugar followed by 2 scoops of whey. At 2:40 I ate a late lunch. I took 4.7oz of chicken drumstick meat and cooked it with some spinach and 1.5 tsp of coconut aminos, steamed some brussels sprouts, and served it all with 1/2 of an avocado.



8:30pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner. Tonight I made scallops with bacon, and sauteed green beans with coconut aminos. My scallop portion was 3.7oz, and my bacon portion was 3 slices.

Day 207: Wednesday

8:55am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg beaters with 1 egg, 1/4 of an avocado, and some steamed brussels sprouts.


12:35pm: At 11:50 I had a protein meal replacement shake.

4:50pm: At 2:45 I had 2.3oz of chicken drumstick meat with some crushed walnuts and sauteed kale.


Weights: (Today we went down on my weights so I can reset.)

Bench:
135x6x2 no increase

Incline bench:
105x6x2 no increase

Upright bench:
95x6x2 no increase

Tricep press down:

5:40pm: Right now I'm eating dinner. I have 4.9oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1/4 of an avocado, and some sauteed kale.



9:45pm: I just had a pudding that I made with 1 scoop protein powder and some water, I added some cinnamon.

Day 206: Tuesday

9:35am: Good morning! For breakfast today I decided to eat 2.2oz of leftover haddock from the other day, 1 egg with 1/3 of a cup of egg beaters, and steamed green beans.


12:20pm: I just had a protein meal replacement shake. I had to sneak out of class to have it haha.

3:35pm: I just finished eating 2 eggs with some steamed green beans.

  
7:05pm: I ate dinner at 6:45 tonight. I made sauteed kale, 3.8oz of chicken drumstick meat, and 1/4 of an avocado.



9pm: Right now I'm having a protein pudding!

Day 205: Monday

8:55am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 2 eggs and some steamed brussels sprouts.


1:55pm: At 12:05 I had 4.6oz of leftover haddock with some steamed brussels sprouts.


4:40pm: At 4:05 I had a half serving of a protein shake.

7:50pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner. Tonight I made baked chicken drumsticks and sauteed broccoli with garlic. My chicken portion was 4.7oz.



9:45pm: Right now I'm eating some protein pudding that I made with 1 scoop protein.

Day 204: Sunday

10:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2/3 of a cup of egg beaters, 2 slices of bacon, and some steamed broccoli for breakfast.


2:50pm: Right now I'm eating 1/3 of a cup of egg beaters, 1 egg, 1/4 of an avocado, and some steamed broccoli.

  
5:20pm: At 4:50 I had a scoop of protein powder with some water and cinnamon.



7:05pm: Right now I'm eating dinner, I made baked haddock and sauteed green beans with garlic and 2 tsp of coconut aminos. My haddock portion was 4.4oz.




9:30pm: Just had one scoop of protein powder with some water.

Day 203: Saturday

9:15am: My mom bought egg beaters from the store yesterday for some reason and I feel bad not using them, because I would be the only person to eat them. So for breakfast today I had 1/3 of a cup of egg beaters with 1 egg, some steamed green beans, and 1/4 of an avocado.


1:20pm: At 12:15 I had 2 hard boiled eggs with some green beans for lunch.


4:25pm: At 4:15 I made myself some pudding with 1 scoop of protein powder and some water, I put some cinnamon on top.


8:45pm: At 7:15 I ate dinner. Tonight I went and got ramen with CJ. I got vegetarian ramen without noodles.

Day 202: Friday

9am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with steamed brussels sprouts for breakfast.

  
9:05am Saturday: Sorry for not updating yesterday, I went to UNH after work and went right to bed when I got home. 
So at 12:15 yesterday I had 4.7oz of leftover chicken breast with leftover okra.



At 3:30pm I had a protein meal replacement shake with 1 scoop of Barleans Greens.

For dinner we went to The Friendly Toast in Portsmouth. I got 4 eggs, some broccoli, and some red beans. Wasn't too satisfying, I must say.



When we got back to Courtney's dorm, I had a sugar cookie that her mom had made :X

Day 201: Thursday Weigh In

10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein meal replacement shake for breakfast.

1:20pm: I just had a half serving protein meal replacement shake. 

6:25pm: Sorry for such a late update, after I got home from training I had to bring my cat to the vet.

Weights:

61.25x4x2 no increase

Glut ham sit up:
2 5lb weights
x10 x8 no increase

Today I weighed in at 197lbs, I thought I would be at 195 but whatever!



At 4:15pm I had some dominican bread pudding that my mom's friend made for her followed by 2 scoops whey. Don't judge me ;)



8:15pm: I ate dinner at 7:40 tonight. My mom made sauteed chicken with okra, tomatoes, and onions. My chicken portion was 5.6oz.

12:40pm: At 11:30am I had 3.7oz of chicken drumstick meat with some steamed green beans.


4:25pm: At 2:45pm I had 2 hard boiled eggs with some steamed green beans. I also added some black pepper to the eggs.

Day 199: Tuesday

3:45pm: Today has been such a mess! I ate 2 eggs, steamed green beans, and 1/4 of an avocado for breakfast at 10:05am. Shortly after eating I got this crazy migraine and went to sleep until 12:30.



Then at 1:30pm I had 4.3oz of chicken drumsticks, some steamed green beans, and a sauteed green pepper.



8:45pm: At 4:15pm I had a meal replacement protein shake with a serving of Barleans Greens.

I ate dinner at 7:45pm tonight. I made baked eggplant with some tomato sauce that I made, 5oz of chicken drumstick meat, and 1/2 of an avocado that wasn't in the picture I took of my food.
