Day 275: Monday

7:20am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs cooked with 1.6oz of leftover beef and onions from last night with a little bit of spinach.



12:45pm: At 11:45am I had a MRP protein shake.

4:30pm: At 4pm I had my whey postworkout shake. Right now I'm having 33g of Rice Krispies with 1 scoop whey.

Lat pull down:

161x6 no increase

157.5x6x2 +2.5lbs from 4/29

Deadlift:
280x6x2 +2.5lbs from 4/29

Barbell curl:
117.5x6x2 +2.5lbs from 4/29

I wanted to see what my arms looked like while I was applying stress to them so I had Shawn take a picture:
I like how everything is blurry except my left bicep.




8:20pm: At 7:40pm I ate dinner. Tonight I made grilled chicken breast with roasted broccoli. My chicken portion was 5oz.
