Day 279: Friday

7:50am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 1 egg, 2oz of turkey breast, and some steamed broccoli for breakfast.


12:15pm: At 11am I had 1/2 of a packet of a MRP protein shake.

2:30pm: Right now I'm eating 4.1oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some mustard and some steamed broccoli.


6:45pm: At 6:10pm I ate dinner. I had 1.8oz of leftover chicken drumstick with 2 eggs, some steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, and 1.5 tsp of coconut aminos.


9:30pm: At 9:15pm I had a MRP protein shake.
