Day 270: Wednesday

8am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 3 eggs with some steamed zucchini for breakfast.



12:30pm: At 11:40am I had a MRP protein shake.

2:40pm: At 2pm I had my post workout whey shake.

At 2:30pm I had 33g of Rice Krispies with 1 scoop of chocolate whey and water, tasted way better this time. (whey better..)



Weights:

Bench:
140.5x5x2 no increase

Incline bench:
117.5x6
120x6 +2.5lbs from 4/24

Overhead dumbbell press:
35x6x2 no increase

Dips:
Thin pink band
x6x6 +5 overall from 4/24

5:50pm: Right now I'm eating 4.7oz of chicken drumstick meat with some steamed cauliflower.


9pm: Right now I'm drinking a MRP protein shake.
