8:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed brussels sprouts for breakfast.
3pm: At 12pm I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
Right now I'm eating a 2 egg omelette with some raw spinach.
6:35pm: So earlier today I baked some chicken drumsticks which is what I ate for dinner, about 3.7oz of it. My mom decided to clean the oven this evening so I couldn't cook any vegetables, but I improvised! I cooked cauliflower on my George Foreman grill! I served everything with some raw spinach.
9:30pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
