Day 272: Friday

8:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

12:15pm: Right now I'm eating 4.5oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some fried zucchini. I used 1 tsp of coconut aminos for the chicken and 1 tsp of coconut oil for the zucchini.


7am Saturday: Sorry I didn't post again last night! I was really tired! At 3pm I had a MRP protein shake.

At 6pm I went out to The Border with Courtney and her aunt. I got a chicken and chorizo étouffée with mixed vegetables instead of rice.


At 9:30pm I had some almond butter with apple slices.
