Day 290: Tuesday

8:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some leftover cauliflower from last night.

  
11:40am: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

3pm: At 2:50pm I ate 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, 1 1/2 pieces of leftover quiche, and some steamed brussels sprouts.


6pm: Right now I'm eating 3.8oz of chicken drumstick with some steamed broccoli.



11pm: At 9pm I had a MRP protein pudding.
