Day 286: Friday

7:45am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some steamed broccoli for breakfast.

  
12:35pm: At 11am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

2:30pm: Right now I'm eating 4.1oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat with some stir fried broccoli and a bit of mustard.


10pm: At 6:20pm I ate dinner. Tonight I had 4oz of leftover chicken drumstick with some mustard on it, some summer squash, and avocado.


Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
