10:50am: Good morning! At 10:45 I had 2 eggs with some plantains that my mom made. I had 2 more plantains that aren't in the picture.
1:50pm: Right now I'm eating 2 eggs with some broccoli sauteed with 1 tsp of coconut aminos.
4:10pm: I just finished having a MRP protein shake.
7:25pm: At 7:05pm I had dinner. Tonight I made burgers! My beef portion was 4.2oz. I used the beef patties as the buns. I also had some mustard, an egg, tomato, some onion with my burger, and some spinach on the side.
