7:45am: Good morning! At 7:35am I had a turkey wrap that I made with 3oz of turkey, some spring greens, and some mustard.
2:40pm: At 10:35am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
Right now I'm eating 4.2oz of chicken breast that I cooked with some mustard and some steamed cauliflower.
6:10pm: Right now I'm eating 3.7oz of chicken breast with some sauteed spinach and steamed cauliflower.
11:30pm: At 9:30pm I had half of a Lean Body packet. A little while later I was still a bit hungry so I had some salami by itself.
