10:25am: Good morning! At 10:05am I ate breakfast. Today I decided to make lemon almond pancakes. They were pretty good, I kind of feel a bit empty though. I had 3.5 pancakes with 2 eggs.
1:05pm: Right now I'm eating 3.7oz of chicken breast with some steamed broccoli.
4:25pm: At 4:10pm I had 1oz of shrimp with 2.6oz of chicken breast stir fried with red pepper and spinach.
10pm: At 7:15pm I had zucchini 'pasta' with ground beef meatballs. My beef portion was 4.2oz.
At 9:30pm I had a MRP protein pudding.
