7:35am: Good morning! At 7:25am I had a MRP protein shake.
11:20am: Right now I'm eating 1.8oz of leftover chicken drumstick meat, 2 eggs, some zucchini, and some spinach and arugula with 1 tsp of coconut aminos.
3pm: Ever felt like lifting on your rest day? Me too. So I went to the gym and hit some weights. At 2:45pm I had my post workout whey shake.
3:25pm: At 3:20pm I had a can of tuna with apple slices.
8pm: At 6:30pm Courtney and I got dinner from a raw vegan place in Beverly. I got a almond butter, banana, and date smoothie with a falafel wrap. I also got a blueberry crumble cake to share with Courtney.
I also took one of these when I got home!
