10:15am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.
3:40pm: At 3:05pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 3:35pm I had an egg white omelette with 1/2 of a cup of egg whites, 60g of white rice, some hot sauce, and a little black pepper!

192.5x6 +5lbs from 4/25
Leg press:
360x6x2 +10lbs from 4/25
Glut-ham sit-up:
3lb dumbbell
x10x10 +2 reps from 4/25
Seated calf raise:
100x10 +10lbs from 4/25
Today I weighed in at 193lbs, that's 1lb up from last week. It's hard for me not to be nervous, but I need to get it through my skull that I'm primarily focusing on building lean mass.
8:50pm: Tonight I went to the Outback again with my mom. (We have a gift card.)
I ordered a 9oz steak with steamed broccoli and some carrots and snowpeas. We ate at 6:45pm.
