11:55am: Good morning! At 7:45am I had 2 eggs, some steamed broccoli, and some raw spinach.
At 11am I had 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.
2:55pm: At 2:30pm I had 4.4oz of grilled chicken breast with some broccoli that I cooked in tinfoil on the grill. I had another small piece of chicken after I finished so my portion was probably closer to 5oz.
After I finished eating I wanted something sweet so I had 1/2 of a cup of cottage cheese with 1 packet of Stevia and some ground cinnamon.
11pm: At 6pm I had 4.5oz of leftover chicken breast with some brussels sprouts and raw spinach.
At 9:15pm I had a MRP protein pudding
