Day 289: Monday

8:05am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2.9oz of leftover meatballs that I crumbled up and served over some steamed broccoli. Unfortunately, I took the picture after I started eating!


12pm: Right now I'm having 1/2 of a MRP protein shake.

4:40pm: At 4:05pm I had my post workout whey shake.
Right now I'm having 32g of white rice with 2/3 of a cup of egg whites.

Lat pull down:
Straight bar
165x6x2 +2.5lbs from 5/13
V bar:
160x6
162.5x6 +2.5lbs from 5/13

Deadlift:
280x6x2 no increase

Barbell curl:
120x4
120x6 no increase

7:50pm: At 7:30 I ate dinner. Tonight I wanted to try something different for dinner and I decided to make an egg spinach 'quiche' with a cauliflower crust. I made it with 8 eggs and cut the quiche into eighths, so I had 3 pieces.




9:35pm: Right now I'm having a MRP protein pudding.
