Day 282: Monday

7:40am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating some stir fried zucchini with 2 eggs for breakfast.


1:45pm: At 11:30am I had 1/2 of a MRP shake. 

5pm: At 3:55pm I had my post workout whey shake.
At 4:25pm I had 2/3 of a cup of egg whites with 14g of white rice.

Deadlift:
None today

Hammer curl:
30x6
40x6

Barbell curl:
120x6x2 +2.5lbs from 5/6

7:20pm: So yesterday I bought a wok to play with in the kitchen and tonight I decided to use it. I just stir fried some leftover chicken breast with zucchini, spinach, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. My chicken portion was 4.3oz.

10:15pm: At 9:35pm I had a MRP protein pudding. What a Bruins win!
