9:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a green bean and kale stir fry omelette that I made with 1/3 of a cup of egg whites and 1 egg. I'm also eating 1/4 of an avocado and 100g of strawberries.
11:50am: I also wanted to add that out of curiosity I decided I wanted to track how many calories I consumed on an average day. So I'll be posting that later.
12:50pm: At 12:30 I had a MRP protein shake.
3:30pm: Right now I'm eating 3.5oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1/3 of an avocado, and some steamed broccoli.
9:20pm: At 7:20 I ate dinner. Tonight I made a stir fry omelette with 1/2 of a cup of egg whites, 1 egg, and some green beans. I served it with 1/4 of an avocado.
10:10pm: At 9:40 I had a MRP protein pudding.
So I got all of my calories for the day and my daily intake waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas roughly 1540 calories. That's insane, I thought I was eating more!
Breakdown:
Breakfast: 354 calories
Lunch: 290 calories
2nd lunch: 423 calories
Dinner: 328 calories
Post dinner: 145 calories
Total: 1540 calories

Your food looks awesome! Thanks for sharing via Reddit. I'm excited to try some of your meals.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! I plan on going more in depth with my meal making but since I'm still focusing on weight loss I figured I'd be better off by keeping it very simple. I loved the paleo salmon idea though! I'll have to try it!
