10:25am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a protein MRP shake for breakfast.
4:30pm:

So I weighed in at 196lbs today. I'm really not surprised though. To be honest, with the stomach problems I've been having all week I was expecting to be way over 195.
Right now I'm eating an omelette that I made with 2 eggs, 1/3 of a cup of egg whites, onion, asparagus, and some sun dried tomato, I served it with 1/3 of an avocado and some steamed green beans. There's also a little bit of hot sauce on the omelette.
8:30pm: I ate about 20 minutes ago. Tonight I made baked eggplant with some tomato sauce and chicken drumstick meat on top. Each piece of eggplant had 2oz of chicken meat on it, so my chicken portion was 4oz.
