Day 209: Friday

8:35am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating 2 eggs, 1/2 of an avocado, and some steamed green beans.


1pm: At 11:40 I had a protein MRP shake for lunch. (MRP=meal replacement) 

3:05pm: I just had a half serving of a protein MRP. 

8:35pm: My meals were all sorts of weird tonight! At 5:30 I had a small pumpkin smoothie from Jamba Juice. Then at 6:45pm I went to the Cheesecake Factory and got this thai dish with chicken and shrimp. It also came with broccoli.
