8:45am: Good morning! Right now I'm eating a 3 egg omelette with some steamed broccoli for breakfast.
4:35pm: At 11:55 I had a MRP protein shake.
Right now I'm eating 4.8oz of chicken drumstick meat with some sauteed spinach and red peppers. I added 1 tsp of coconut aminos to everything.
