8:45am: Good morning! Right now I'm having 1/3 of a cup of egg whites with 1 egg, some steamed green beans, and some strawberries (yes, strawberries) for breakfast.
12:30pm: At 11:50 I had a MRP protein shake.
3:20pm: Right now I'm eating a green bean stir fried omelette that I made with 200g of green beans, 2/3 of a cup of egg whites, and 1 egg. I also served it with 1 avocado, but it had some brown spots so I'm only eating about 3/4 of it.
6:05pm: Dinner isn't ready yet and I'm a little hungry so I'm eating some raw broccoli.
7:20pm: Right now I'm eating 3.7oz of chicken drumstick meat, 1/2 of an avocado, and some sauteed kale.
9:20pm: I just had a MRP protein pudding.
