Day 216: Friday

9:10am: For breakfast today I had 4.9oz of leftover chicken drumstick, some steamed green beans, and one slice of eggplant with tomato sauce.



8:50am: Sorry I didn't update yesterday! I went out from like noon until 11 then just went to sleep.

At around 12:30, I had a protein MRP shake. At 3:30pm I got a chicken salad with peppers, onions, tomato salsa, and guacamole from Chipotle.

At around 7pm I went to Kowloon with Courtney's family. I don't remember the name of everything I got but let's just assume it wasn't the best choice for me.


After dinner I got some pieces of dark chocolate covered ginger which I probably shouldn't have gotten.
