Day 222: Thursday Weigh in

10:30am: Good morning! Right now I'm having a MRP protein shake for breakfast.

4:10pm: What a workout!

Weights:

Squats: 
175x6x2 +5lbs from 3/7

Lunges:
60x4x2 +5lbs from 3/7

Cable crunch:
90x12
90x10 no increase

I'm so psyched about my weigh in results for today! I've noticed that since December the weigh in results weren't the same as they used to be, and that was to be expected since I'm really getting my body fat down. Today I weighed in at 193lbs, I feel like I'm back on the right track!



At 3:40 I had 200g of sliced strawberries to spike my blood sugar followed by 2 scoops of whey.




8:20pm: At around 6:10pm I ate sushi! I had around 10 rolls and a miso soup. I was starving! Shortly after that I got a mango, peach, sweet potato, carrot, butternut squash smoothie from Jamba Juice. Don't judge me! It was awesome!



11:30pm: At 9:15 I ate 4.8oz of chicken drumstick with some red pepper, green beans, and 1 tsp of coconut aminos.
